Terms of study

These terms govern classroom tuition offered by Service Pilotlane Institute at 61/58-59 Soi Taweemitr 8, Rama 9 Road, Bangkok 10320. By requesting a seat you agree to them. They are not a brokerage agreement and they are not investment advice.

What we provide

We provide educational sessions: lectures, supervised chart marking, printed packs, and private reviews as described on each programme page. We do not execute trades, hold client money for trading, issue trade alerts, or promise results.

Seats and payment

Seats are confirmed in writing by the studio coordinator. Payment instructions, when a seat is offered, are sent by email or given at the desk. This website does not process payments. Until we confirm a seat in writing, a form submission is only a request.

Conduct in the room

Students mark their own work. Recording other students without consent is not allowed. Sharing another student’s cards outside the cohort is not allowed. Instructors may ask anyone who disrupts a silent marking block to leave that session without a second warning.

Intellectual materials

Setup-card templates, printed packs, and projector slides remain the institute’s materials. You may keep your own marked copies for personal study. You may not photocopy packs for resale or present them as your course.

No advice

Examples on charts are historical illustrations. Nothing said in class is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are responsible for your own trading decisions outside the classroom.

Liability

To the extent permitted under Thai law, the institute is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or travel costs if you arrive on a date you did not confirm. Our liability for a paid programme is limited to the tuition actually received for that programme, except where the law does not allow a limit.
