Privacy

Service Pilotlane Institute collects only what we need to run classroom programmes at the Rama 9 studio.

What we collect

When you request a seat we receive your name, email, programme interest, and any message you send. If you telephone, we may note a callback number. In the room we keep a seating list and, for private reviews, the chart cards you choose to send us.

Why

We use this information to confirm dates, tell you if a cohort is full, send pre-reading, and follow up after a private review. We do not sell lists. We do not use student cards as marketing screenshots without written permission.

Cookies

The public site stores a banner preference in localStorage under the key spi_cookie_pref if you accept or refuse. See the cookie note. Refusing does not block the pages.

Retention

Seating lists for a finished cohort are kept for up to 24 months so we can confirm prior attendance for lab priority. Private-review attachments are deleted within 90 days unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-up hour. You may email studio@service-pilotlane.click to correct or delete your contact details.

Location

Records are handled in Thailand at the studio address. If we use an email host, messages travel through that host’s servers under their terms.
